Each room has been furnished and decorated with care and passion by Sophie. It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries and relax in total tranquillity. It's a place of calm, tranquillity, independence, silence and disconnection from the daily grind... We have sought to create an environment where everyone can feel at home, while benefiting from the charm of an old building that has been carefully renovated.
Following the death of Damien’s maternal grandparents, we wanted to breathe new life into this family home, which had once been given by his great-grandfather to his son Edouard de Harenne, known as Bon-Papa. After major works carried out in 1955–1956, a complete renovation was undertaken 67 years later, taking care to preserve the house’s charm.
Damien’s grandmother, Marie-Berthe David de Lossy, created countless memories here, bringing her large family together for meals, cups of tea and her famous four-quarter cake with its comforting aroma.
